1. Go to www.edgepipeline.com to give information to attend public auction. Follow the prompts on the screen.

2. Receive handshake from pipeline. This allows you to participate online.

THEN: To Attend GSA (Public) Sale

1.Fill out GSA Bidder Registration Form & GSA Terms & Conditions form (click on links on this page to open and print forms.

Forms must be filled out prior to sale and every sale you attend.

2. Send completed GSA Bidder Registration Form, GSA Terms & Conditions Form and a copy of your current drivers license to

You can send your information any time between 8:00 am on Friday - February 10, 2023 & 9:00 am on Tuesday February 14, 2023

Pleasde don't wait until the last minute toregister. Our clerks need time to enter in and process information.

Late registrations may not get processed.

3. Call auction to make sure documents were received. Call 570-207-2277

4. On the morning of the auction - Tuesday - February 14, 2023 - between 8:00 am and 9:00 am Call the auction at 570-207-2277 and ask

for GSA Registration to make sure you were given a bidder badge number and a PIN number that allows you to access online bidding.

5. Attention Publib Buyers: NO Personal Checks will be accepted for payment of purchased vehicle.

ACH, CASH, MONEY ORDERS or CREDIT CARD are the ONLY form of Payments accepted
